Provide your student email and the Code you received via the Email:
Please note that the code has an expiry timeline as indicated in the email

• Student Email(e.g john.doe@students.dkut.ac.ke)
• Password Reset Code (e.g ABCDEF)

Then click on the 'Submit Information' button.
